    Prayer for today

    Lord, 

    I pray for clarity and discipline today.  Strengthen my focus as we meet as a staff.  I pray for our church to experience spiritual growth.  Pour out Your Spirit I pray. Thank you for all you're teaching me.  Place me where you need me this week and protect me from any self-promoting tendency. 

    Lord, I pray that everything we do would reflect your grace even in times when it seems like grace is out of reach. 

    Confront my sons with truth.
