Teach me at Solomon's Table

1 Kings 3:15
Worship and celebration go hand in hand. When our worship becomes dry, dull and irrelevant we miss the whole point of the process. Lord, make today a celebration in my life. Create a hunger for something much bigger and wider than my own human expectation. I pray for authenticity in my life. Let me be real. And let my "real" be You.
Father give me wisdom far above my selfish scheming
Give me hope not senseless dreaming
Cause my heart, Lord Jesus, to bleed in joy
to pierce the dark
to capture the passions of heavenly purpose.
Show me the way out of hollow existence
teach me to live with perseistence
and draw from the stream that will never
(in the ions of unrecorded time) ever
run dry
A truth no one can deny
my love for You and the power of perfect peace
that causes shadows to cease
And joy to increase
I am never more alive
as I am when I worship and celebrate
the hem of your garment of grace.
