    Family Problems

    When Esau was forty years old, he married Judith daughter of Beeri the Hittite, and also Basemath daughter of Elon the Hittite. They were a source of grief to Isaac and Rebekah.

    a handfull of millinnea have past and yet doesn't it sound familiar? Children grow up, move away, but they are still your kids- prone to fall into the Hittite culture. I just wonder what that looked like back then?

    Money management? Was Elon hitting Isaac up for more money. Did they get in the middle of it all? Were their boundary issues? Was Esua hitting the bottle? Was Elon evagelistic about the Hittite God- Anus the Sky God?  We'll never completely know. We can only imagine....
