Passwords have gotten way out of control

I have to keep and entire document of passwords these days. can't seem to remember any of them so one of the things I'm hoping to do is cosolidate them.  The only problem is that they all seem to have different requirements. 

can't be that small

can't be that large

must have alphnumeric

only letters please

There's only site that requires two secret questions, an alphanumeric password and puzzle to figure out and an image to identify.  It's like the opening scene in Get Smart with all the doors.
