Don't doubt the power of conversation to change a life. So many times we think of evangelism as a prepackaged event where we walk with someone through 5 simple steps to eternal life in 3 minutes and 20 seconds. It's true that we need to be intentional about our commission but we also should study the strategy Jesus used most often. What is the strategy? Find hurting people and find out what is going on in their lives. Be there for them. Ask questions. Find an inroad toward their hearts. Let me ask you a question. Are you having a conversation with someone who doesn't know Jesus? If you aren't, I'd like to challenge you to go to where drop outs and unbelievers dwell and begin the conversation today. Take the risk. See what happens. Look for openings. But most of all, love them with great love!
