Question: Is Being in God's Will a Safe Place?

I must say no. It's not a safe place. It wasn't for Paul- Ship-wrecked, beat, and persecuted. It wasn't a safe place for Lottie Moon, Jim Elliot, or Martin Luther. It wasn't a safe place for Saint Francis or Polycarp. It continues to be a beautifully dangerous place and in truth it's the best place one could ever imagine.

Mother Teresa: “I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish He didn't trust me so much.”

Lord teach me to long for purpose not safety.
