Getting ready for the double digit trip...

this weekend with Caleb. I've taken each of our guys on a trip on their tenth birthday and now it's Caleb's turn.  It's kind of a sad weekend for me becasue this will be the last one of the bunch. I'll unveil the first few secrets on manhood.

Hey John,

In the past I've used the cassette tape series "Preparing for Adolecence. We listen to the tapes on the way up and on the way back from the trip. With Caleb I think I'm going to just give him some information and Q&A time because I don't think he's quite ready for the full deal. One thing I've learned over the years is how different my guys development has been. Caleb's a little behind as far as maturity. Don't know if it's nature or nurture. Also the funny thing about the preparing for adolecence tapes is that dbson pronounces Puberty as Poooperty. Really funny choice:-)

I have been reading a bunch of Dr D. I had a chance to hear him speak in person, and although I mostly liked him on the radio, I fell in love with his heart that night.

He cracked me up, so I can hear him say poooperty...
