    honored to know you

    blazing the trail
    to unseen grace
    distraught i was
    despairing through the dusk.
    deserted
    and enclosed by some.
    a prisoner
    a cast away
    a perilous and lonely day
    and yet there's nothing
    time or space could
    send me through this fray.
