    declaration

I (so often) pray- show me, Lord.
But now I say teach me to believe
the things I cannot see at all.
Things so impossible that it seems from the here-right-now perspective
that i can hear the laughter of demons as i pray and believe.
Lord teach me to believe sight-unseen
    from death to life
    from defeat to victory
bloodied and yet unbowed to darker forces and malevolent prognostications
i pray that this will be my posture.
See my down through the roof
    alabaster breaking
    tree climbing
    mud-in-the-eyes
Jesus, Son of God have Mercy
    declaration
i will not accept the nefarious declaration
    now or hence
    be it ever so sure
it will not stand against You Lord.

Matt! Just stopping by to say Hello. Matt and I have thought about you as we are reading through this book and wanted to give you the link. You can read it for free on-line by clicking read the book, free PDF. We found it easier to print off and read even though it is 143 pages. This book has just really spoken to the passions God has placed in our hearts and it has been such confirmation of the journey God has taken us on in the last year and the journey He continues to take us on. we thought you would be encouraged by reading it as well. The link is www.jakecolsen.com Let us know what God says to you through it! We continue to be thankful the Lord crossed our paths with yours. Blessings!
