Blue Ridge Writers Conference

So here i am in a familiar room at a familiar conference. This is probably my 6th year at the BRWC. The crowd has grown significantly since the first. And once again i have the strange feeling that i'm on the wrong side of the field. i am cast as "the editor" when my heart wants to be "the writer." but alas editing pays more which assures that i can continue to write and make a living. i have several things, speaking of writing, tha i must write tonight in order to make people less mad at me:-) Hopefully things will slow down this summer. Spring has been unmanagable. Taking in water and bailing as fast as my boney fingers can bail. Lord, channel your grace through my laptop.
