    Epiphany

He could have entered tall and strong
    With firey vengence, righting wrong
Or wrapped in comfort, safe, at peace
In rooms of gold and gentle fleese
    There with angels flanking him
    emcamped around His palace rim
He could have entered this world's stage
With fierey swords and fists of rage.
He could have flown above the crowd
    Comanding everyone to bow
But riches He did not embrace.
His advent in an infants face
He rested in a feeding stall
    This GodMan who created all
Blest by shepherds, sought by few
This babe who would make all things new.
Hear His helpless cry and know
This is the God that loved us so.
