    William Styron Dies at 81

    William Styron- the author of "Sophie's Choice" and "Lie Down in Darkness" died today. Definitely a controversial figure but his impact can't be ignored. He was also rather open about his struggle with depression.  My favorite Styron Quote:

    The good writing of any age has always been the product of someone's neurosis.
