Hey Michael Richards

You've had a terrible few days. I can't even imagine what you are going through but Jesus loves you.

(i am reminded that inside each of us is ugliness. Ugliness that is beyond our admission... Even Christians.  Including Ted Haggard.

Have you ever exploded? Have you ever been drawn into impurity? Have you ever regretted the actions or words you spoke almost immediately after you said it? Have you ever found yourself disgracing the temple of the Holy Ghost? Are any of us invulnerable to the strategies of the enemy?

Before I gawk, and whisper, and revolt- I need to remember the cross.  The glorious, terrible, unimaginable penalty of the sins of the world.  He died for me, Ted, Jim and Tammy, Ozzy, Simpson (Jessica and OJ) and, yes he died for Michael Richards... the offer still stands for Michael.

How Marvelous! How Wonderful! 

Does that mean that everyone is either a latent racist or sexually impure? No... But we need Jesus. What will sin surprises me.  Not much... Not anymore.  But there is a Savior who loves Michael Richards. There is a God that loves Ted Haggard. There is a God that loves me. )
