Leader: I long to live a high definition Life

All: In a world of smudge, darkness and confusion

Leader: When reality is like the static snow of a distant station

All: When people are watching God from a distance

Leader: And the world believes that His image is neither sure nor sharp

Leader: I long to make the truth clearer than liquid crystal

All: With the subterranean foundation

Leader: a vibration of love

All: and the high calling treble of Christ’s call

Leader: like a trumpet calling me to battle

All: I am weary of my frail attempts to minister and create

Leader: Like a powerless collage of wires, tubes and knobs

All: I need the Holy Spirits power.

Leader: Plug me in, Lord.

All: I know that the message isn’t me.

Leader: I am the receiver

All: the communicator

Leader: the vessel

All: May your power invade my craft.

Leader: May your holiness focus the message.

All: May your heart become my heart.

Leader: May your will be my will.

All: Let your mind be in me.

Leader: May your message be clear in all my ways.

All: Position me to receive your grace.
