Prayer request from Emory in Lafayette, LA

Please keep our area in your prayers, the Hurricane Katrina evacuees are beginning to riot in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. I know they are desperate, scared, and worried about what is going to happen to them. Please pray that they will search for hope in the arms of Jesus. Lift up those who are relief workers as well, for their protection from violence, and strength to continue the task at hand. Many of them have not been able to get adequate rest. There are so many needs right now, please intercede with us and for us during this time.
