editing away

I've spent most of the day editing, praying for my Louisiana friends in the wake of Katrina and gearing myself up for a little occupational unpleasantness.

Yesterday we celebrated Caleb's birthday with a soggy group of highly energized 3rd graders. Lots of fun but with the weather not cooperating we had to be really creative with the entertainment.
