my brain is buzzing...

i realized that today i sat at the computer from 7am-6pm going away only to grab a salad and bring it up to the office and then go to a proofing session for an hour.

My butt is flat.

i did take the dog for a 1 1/2 mile walk to clear the brain but i will be so glad when this deadline is dead.
