    the last bit of paperwork

    i just delivered the last bit of paperwork to United Funding Group. The seller asked if we could close tomorrow, but the mortgage company saved the day. we really wanted to close next week (monday or tuesday) because i have a shoot tomorrow and we didn't have an inch of time to do it and keep our sanity.
