saturday's proof of life

today was a day of rest and clean up. spent time with isaac buying an amp for his subwoofers. were planning on getting it installed but the guy at electronic express had a broken drill. it's a really classey operation they have there. he'll get it installed tomorrow while i'm at northside.

he's had an eventful day. one of his friends got caught shoplifting. a cautionary tale for isaac in many ways. i was very proud of his reaction to the incident.

tomorrow it's back to mcminnville. and monday i think i'll edit at home.

Lord, my heart is filled with gratefulness for a day to rest. it was a day when i both laughed and wept. this is the secret to a good day, i believe.

we watched "green mile" tonight on abc. there's a goodly portion of the gospel in that movie.

i must go to bed. Lord, I pray for sleep.
