just the details of the day

spent time looking for contracts
hunting down paper is what i seem to do these days.
thought about my life briefly.
envy
wonder

fear vs love
this indeed is our field of shame and glory

he bought the water.
(i felt affirmed, appeciated- the water was cool and delicious)

and laughed and sighed
i loved and hated my contribution to conversation
my tongue flies ahead of my brain
my desk is clearing
cuustomer service and kids bulletins
issues that i can fix................... sometimes
then stoped to look at the ant like
buzzing of cars from the seventh floor
whispered a prayer for my first born seeker.

dreamed of a camper
just a place to escape with the boys.
ate an early meal with darlene and emory.
wonderful fellowship
the highlight of my day...
yes i am finally there with my mind and body- same place-same time.
and ran into a few people
glazed look on my face because i didn't know names.
stupid, i say to my wrong-headed self.
alas, i am home
