Lord, teach me to fight

for the ones i love. i am in need of your help, strength and purpose in my life. I am abandoned to You.

Lord, according to Your Word...
The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. (John 1:5)

Help me to know, to see, that BECAUSE I am Yours, the light shines in my darkness, whether or not I can see it, understand it or feel it.

Why am I always surprised at the painful trials I suffer, as though something strange were happening to me. Help me, teach me to rejoice that I participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that I can also be overjoyed when Your glory is revelaed. When I am insulted, or injured because of the name of Your Son, Christ, I am blessed, fo the Spirit of glory and of God rests on me. I Peter 4:12-14

I am Yours Lord, teach me Thy ways, sometimes the molding will be painful, but I trust in You.
