    closing out some stuff

down to my last ten devotionals for the justice: vital character book. finished with the drama for "the christmas prayer" with genevox and wrapped up the shoot. we had a great time on the shoot. matt m., jeff, faith and emory colvin all did a wonderful job and it was really nice to stay behind the cameras. 7 lessaons... lots of work.

this weekend i am staying home. one weekend before the fun starts up again. Indiana - Friday and Saturday the next weekend, Odessa TX Thursday- Saturday the next weekend, and then back in Nashville to speak on Sunday at a church.

I have to write 4 Sunday School lessons and I'm praying about another interim.

So it continues. But the hardest thing I've ever had to write is done- the justice book. Whoa... what a difficult experience.

    That's the newsy news...

Hey, what is the Justice book? It could be that I missed it way back when, or that I don't recall.

I know from where you sit, life is very busy, hard even, but I am blessed by what you do, am blown away by the fact that you do it for the Lord, and you get paid to be creative everyday. Now, in contrast I know you would say, oh to not have to be 'up' everyday would be a blessing. It is a study of God's world economy of talent, spiritual gifts, and man's willingness to be called, and used to His glory.

To God be the glory, great things He has done... is doing... and will do...

Thanks, Wanda. Good to hear from you. You are always so encouraging. The justice book is a Student Study book on developing the Christian character of Justice. Five class experiences and some out of class experiences. i struggled through it partly because of the duality of mercy and justice... so lots of thinking was involved. this was a wild card assignment that i've been doing at night and weekends. Let me know what you are writing and working on these days. Have you had any other opportunities or ideas about teaming up with a pastor for a worship experience?
