what would happen if i fell off the boat?

The grand mystery of the gospel is that it is an act of mercy and grace, which accounts for the entirety of my sin. We don't initiate it, as much as we would like to think we could do something in the equation. We are not given license to sin but whatever happens God remains transcendent above every single thing I do, every breath I take. Where does this reality lead me: to an utmost desire to pursue that kind of love relationship with the Source and Beginning and Ending of Everything: God. And to speak this reality in the place that He so loved: the world.
